The short version

Some of the links on AllToolReviews.com are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up for a paid plan with the tool we’re reviewing, we may receive a commission from that tool’s company — at no additional cost to you. We never charge you anything; the commission comes out of the vendor’s marketing budget.

We disclose this clearly because it’s the right thing to do, because the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires it of affiliate publishers under the Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255), and because we want our readers to trust what we publish.

When we review a product on AllToolReviews.com, the “Visit [Tool],” “Try [Tool] Free,” “Get Started” and similar buttons typically link to that tool’s signup page through a tracked affiliate URL. Common tools we participate with include — but are not limited to — HeyGen, Bardeen, Descript, Make.com, Synthesia, ConvertKit, and others.

If you click one of these links and become a paying customer of the tool’s company within their attribution window (typically 30–90 days, depending on the partner program), AllToolReviews may receive a one-time or recurring commission.

What this does not affect

  • Our editorial opinions. We do not modify our reviews based on which programs pay better. The articles you read reflect our honest assessment after real testing.
  • What you pay. Pricing is exactly the same whether you use our link or go directly to the tool’s site. You will never pay extra for using our links.
  • Your account. The tool you sign up for has no idea you came through us in any way that affects your account, your support, or your experience.

What we won’t do

  • We don’t publish positive reviews of tools we haven’t tested.
  • We don’t accept payment in exchange for favourable reviews. Our affiliate commissions are paid by tool companies on volume of sign-ups regardless of review tone — and we have, and will continue to, publish critical reviews of tools whose affiliate programs we participate in when honest assessment requires it.
  • We don’t sell our newsletter list, share reader data with affiliate partners beyond what’s required to track conversions, or accept guest posts that promote a tool in exchange for payment.

Our review process

Every review on AllToolReviews.com is produced after:

  1. Hands-on testing of the product (we sign up for free tiers or trial periods at minimum; for major reviews we pay for at least 30 days of the recommended paid tier).
  2. Review of verified user feedback across G2, Capterra, TrustRadius, Trustpilot, Reddit, and other public platforms.
  3. Direct comparison against the tool’s two or three biggest competitors.
  4. Independent editorial review before publication.

If we are unable to honestly recommend a product after testing, we either publish a critical review or don’t publish at all. We never publish a fake-positive review for affiliate revenue.

Other forms of compensation we may receive

Beyond affiliate links, AllToolReviews may also earn revenue through:

  • Display advertising (such as Google AdSense or similar networks) — these are clearly marked as ads.
  • Sponsored content — if we ever publish a sponsored post, it will be clearly labelled as “Sponsored” or “Paid Partnership” at the top of the article. We have not run sponsored content as of this disclosure update.
  • Newsletter sponsorships — clearly labelled when present.
  • Premium content or membership — if and when we offer paid memberships, those will be clearly described as paid products.

Amazon Associates disclosure (where applicable)

When AllToolReviews links to a product on Amazon, it does so as an Amazon Associate. As an Amazon Associate, AllToolReviews earns from qualifying purchases.
