We respond to legitimate inquiries within 2–3 business days. For urgent press inquiries, please mark the subject line “Press — urgent.”
What we love hearing about
- Tools you want us to review. If a tool has changed how you work, tell us. We won’t review every suggestion, but reader recommendations are a major input into our editorial calendar.
- Corrections and updates. Pricing changes. Features get added or removed. If you spot something out of date in one of our reviews, tell us — we update articles, not just publish them and forget them.
- Workflow questions. “How do I do X with Bardeen?” “Which AI video tool fits my use case?” We can’t replace a paid consultant, but we can usually point you in the right direction.
- Feedback on the site. Loading slow? Article structure confusing? Tell us — we’d rather know.
What we can’t help with
- Tool support. We don’t make HeyGen, Bardeen, Descript, or any of the tools we review. For account issues, billing, or feature requests, contact the tool’s own support team.
- Paid consulting. We do not currently offer paid consulting or tool selection services.
- Guest post pitches with affiliate links. We don’t accept guest posts. Don’t waste your time — or ours — pitching us paid placement disguised as a content opportunity.
- Refund requests for tools we recommend. We’re an independent publication, not the seller. Contact the tool’s company for refunds.
